Mai Town Studio's authentic Bikram style hot yoga class is a series of hot yoga postures performed in a precise order, in a room heated to approximately 105 degrees with 60% humidity. This class systematically works the entire body, toning your muscles, promoting weight loss, reducing stress, and increasing your overall vitality. Incorporating strength, balance, and flexibility, Mai Town Studio's Hot Yoga class teaches students how each pose stimulates the mind and restores and shapes the body.

Mai Town Studio's barre class mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

Resistance bands, weights, ropes, punching bag, all of our immersive classes and on demand library, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. Available 24 hours a day in one hour blocks in between regularly scheduled classes.
